What Is ACFT?

The Army Combat Fitness Test is the assessment for the physical domain of the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness System. As a general physical fitness test, an age and gender performance-normed scoring scale will be used to evaluate a Soldier’s physical fitness. ​ You are tested in 3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL), Standing Powe Throw (SPT), Hand Release Pushup (HRP), Sprint-drag-carry (SDC), Plank (PLK), and Two-Mile Run (2MR).

Michelle has 15 years of working with all branches of the military, including Army Special Forces, Air Force Special Tactics, as well as founding CrossFit Ft Bragg. Her extensive experience coaching athletes of all levels, along with her insight into military training makes her uniquely qualified to help design a personalized program to ensure you are ready for the new challenge.
